Looking For Something Colourful To Do On Sunday, 17th Feb?

This Sunday, I will be taking part in the inaugral Perth Color Run. This is a unique 5km run which will take place in Langley Park. In a nutshell, particpants run, jog, skip, crawl 5kms and while doing so are covered in coloured paint along the way! It should be a wonderful day and a fabulous Post Run Party will be held at Langley Park which will include lots of food, colour and festival fun.

For further information check out The Perth Color Run website at:

http://thecolorrun.com/australia/perth/

I will be particpating in my Helen O’Grady shirt which will be very colourful by the end of the event! Pics will follow and I am sure they will be very dramatic!

Although the run itself is sold out, spectators are most welcome to attend the Post Race Party, so feel free to drop by and see what the Color Run is all about!

Just a reminder to get those yellow slips (Re-enrolment forms) back to us as quickly as possible.  This will help us greatly in the preparation of our Year End plays.  Teachers have already started to give students tantalising clues relating to our plays and there are many more to follow.  Stay tuned……

SHOW DATES – Southern Suburbs

Newsletter Term3.12 SS

It is hard to believe that we are almost at the end of Week 7 already!  The time has certainly flown!  One of the positives of this is that, it brings us ever closer to our exciting Year End Shows!  Next term, each class will work on a fantastic play, which we will then perform for family and friends at the end of the year.  See attached our newsletter which provides more information regarding these.   Keep in mind the dates:

Saturday, 8th December

OR

Saturday, 15th December

Your child will perform on ONE of these dates and information regarding timetables will be released early in the new term.

RE-ENROLMENT NEWS

RE-enrolment form Term 3 2012 SS

Of course, we need to know who will be with us to finalise the planning of our plays!  To assist us with this, we would ask that re-enrolment slips (along with a $40 deposit) are returned to us as quickly as possible.  Re-enrolment informatio will be handed out in class this week along with our play newsletter.  I have also attached a copy here as well.  We would also ask that if your child is not returning or will be coming back to class in Week 2 of Term 4, that you let us know on the slip and return to your child’s class teacher. If there are any queries, pelase don’t hesitate to contact our office.

CERTIFICATE LIST

Certs Term 4 2012

A list of students who are due their yearly certificates has been attached to the re-enrolment information that you will receive this week (orange sheet).  Please read this list carefully.  If you believe that your child is due a certificate and their name has been ommitted or spelt incorrectly, pelase contact our office as soon as possible, so that we can rectify this before the certificates are printed.

Thank you for your help and we look forward to a fun last few weeks of Term 3 before heading into our wonderful Year End plays in Term 4!
